Liverpool could boost their transfer budget by up to £100million by selling their players who are surplus to requirements.
The Reds have enjoyed as sensational season where they fell agonisingly short in the Premier League but still have a chance to clinch the Champions League if they beat Tottenham in next month’s final.
Their squad is one of the most revered in Europe with strength in depth at most positions.
Jurgen Klopp bolstered his team with the signings of Alisson, Naby Keita, Fabinho and Xherdan Shaqiri last summer for a combined £164million.
If they want to go one step further and win the club’s first league title since 1990 then they may look to make one or two additions during the transfer window, which opened on Thursday.
To bolster the coffers Liverpool may have to clear out some of their unwanted players but do not expect to see any high profile names heading for the exit.
They have a number of fringe players on their books who the club could look to sell, according to the Daily Mail.
The Reds paid £5.1million for Marko Grujic in January 2016 but he has featured just 14 times for the club.

He kept 21 clean sheets this season and conceded just 22 goals, the fewest in the Premier League.
Among the goalkeepers still contracted at Anfield is Simon Mignolet, who made just two cup appearances this season.
He is likely to be available in the transfer window and would cost clubs around £14million.
Nathaniel Clyne has found himself way down the pecking order at right-back position.
Trent Alexander-Arnold has amassed an incredible 15 assists this season and at just 20 is sure to get even better.
Joe Gomez can also be utilised at the position so Clyne found himself loaned out to Bournemouth in January.
A fee of around £15million could be sufficient to seal a move away from Liverpool.
The club have also received inquiries about youngsters Rafa Camacho, Ryan Kent, Taiwo Awoniyi, Sheyi Ojo and Ovie Ejaria.
